Once your order is shipped you will receive another notification which will include a tracking number for you to observe the shipment status. Please allow 24-48hrs from placing the order to the order being shipped.
Snuggle-Pro.com/store ships all orders to the shipping address provided. The address is sent through a computer-generated shipping tool to create a shipping label.
We want to ensure you receive your order, so please submit the complete address including apartment / building / dorm / house numbers, university/dorm names, company names, and / or any other necessary shipping information. Please note we are not able to deliver to a PO Box number.
If you notice an error, please contact Snuggle-Pro.com/store ASAP to correct the address. If the package has already shipped, there is a very limited amount of support we can assist you with.
If we receive a returned package due to an address being incomplete, we will ship it back to you, but you will unfortunately incur the shipping cost.
